This is what I meant - there are no modules (AFAIK) bigger than 32 MB for
the 701. Given that it has been discontinued for many years already, I
very much doubt any manufacturer would start producing proprietary 64 MB
(or bigger) modules for the 701. Even the 32 MB cost about as much as the
64 MB for newer Thinkpads.
