Having had a more detailed look it appears to be a Trojan. Manual intervention is needed to install it, so it isn't a worm in the strict sense (this may not apply to Outlook users though). It isn't a virus either. Interestingly Dr. Solomon's fails to spot it (at least with the current data it's using.)
