if it worked before, it should still work, unless:
1. bad memory,
2. incompatible memory..
if #1 is suspected, run the memory test.. pull the IBM memory (if any)...
if #2 is the only remaining suspect, pull the IBM memory and try again..
there have been a few issues with IBM factory memory (when using tishiba
chips) haveing timing problems with other aftermarket memory..
you mightg also want to be sure your bios is up to date, and if not, when/if
you flash it, pull all the memory.. :-)
