6.4gig drives DO work fine in the 760 series (760C, CD, E, ED, X, 765D & L), and the
750 series (750, 755C, CD, CE, et al.,)..
and, of course all newer thinkpads..
also 365E and X series, 360 series AND the 701 series..
be aware, that, for some strange reason, the nice toshiba 8mm 6,4gig drive does NOT
work corrently in the 701's..
