You are getting double messages because folks are using Reply All (and the IE
equivalent) so that one message goes to the list and then to you and the other
goes to you. I "try" to remember to delete the person and just use the list
address but -- the brain doesn't snap to attention like it did when I was 3 years
old. (My personal peak - everything downhill since)
So folks send to the list or to the person.
