ok, my wife has had it for 3 weeks, and today the modem started
waiting on the dial tone when "dial" is clicked - you can hear the tone -
then after timeout, a message box says no dial tone detected.
I looked all the settings over, and nothing appears changed.
The magic reset button on the bottom didn't help.
Before I reinstall the OS, any suggestions?
