Bill,
Hardware problem is right!
Went to bed last night with the battery at 58%
Got up this AM and it was 0% charge.
Plugged it in, and EVERY setup and file is gone,
even the registration name I entered on day 1.
Only things remaining were the OS and preinstall sw.
Last sync was 2 weeks ago (my fault). The wife is
devastated, and ready to go back to the Franklin
Planner.
