sound fixed

I fixed the sound problem. I used the Configuration util to disable
the InfraRed port which used DMA3, and changed the secondary
DMA that the sound chipset used from DMA0 to DMA3.

If i had some InfraRed device i would like to see if InfraRed works
with DMA0, although i doubt it.

Thank you all for your valuable responces, especialy Brooks who
said something about a zero value which gave me a clue :)

Now i'll just have to figure out why MIDI makes thouse clicks.
