The 380Z's has the same hardware inside as some of the various 600 and 600E
models. Windows 2000 runs very well on both the 600 and 600E; it should do
just as nicely on the 380Z. It's a big improvement over NT4.
Check IBM's web site for any specific instructions, make a full backup, then
go for it.
