WinNT 4 on a ThinkPad 770Z

Hi-

I'm trying to (re-)install NT 4.0 on a 770Z (which I have previously done)
in a clean partition. I'm using all of the latest drivers and following the
instructions provided on IBM's web site. I remember from the last time I
tried this that SP 3 (or later) is required for the video driver to work
properly. Now even with SP 6, after I install the Trident display driver, I
get a blank screen--no visible display at all.

Anyone run into this before and know what I'm doing wrong?
