Are you using the driver from the disk image file at
ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/mobiles/mdltitos.exe? Do you have TEMP and TMP
environmental variables defined in your CONFIG.SYS? If so, do they point to a
directory that actually exists?
