I have a 730T ThinkPad that I use to take attendance and to grade laboratory
practical exercises in my classroom. I am running WIN95 as the OS with the
pen extensions for the 730T/TE. On occasion I have left the system on and
the battery runs down or I incorrectly shutdown using the power switch
instead of exiting properly. On restart, the system requires the user to
press any "key" to run scandisk. The only way that this is possible is to
dock the TP and use a keyboard. How do you configure win95 to not use
scandisk?
Also, could it be possible to use the IBM Microdrive (340mb at the moment.
I'm sure big blue will make better.) to be used to run the system. This
would free up an extra PCMCIA slot
As for the pertinent details:
The system is a 730T/Te ThinkPad
Windows 95 OS (minimal dos drivers were used so that I had a lot of free
space on the 105mb HDD)
NO PENDOS installed
