Well, after having taken the time and effort to migrate over completely to
NT4, I'm wondering if there's any provision in NT4 for the Enhanced Video
features provided by the 755CD. I managed to find one of the elusive
video-in cables for it, and wanted to use it as my TV in conjunction with a
new VCR in the truck, for those rare times when I'm sitting still long
enough to have some TV-watching time.
My perusal of the IBM website was inconclusive at best, but I didn't have
the time to perform an exhaustive search.
One thing I did notice about NT4 over Win98SE is that battery life and
system performance are both better, although it's a little early yet to
give any reliable numbers. One BIG, and welcome! difference, is that NT4
runs CONSIDERABLY cooler than W98 did. No more second degree burns on my
legs! :-)
