Help!
This morning I plugged in my TP760XL as always, but hit a snag.
Namely, it won't boot.
It goes to the Thinkpad logo, then hangs displaying a graphic with a flashing arrow pointing to what resembles a drawing of a floppy, and sorta indicates I should hit F1.
F1 generates I9990305
At one point I saw the error number 301, but not since.
I have tried removing the floppy, and have gone into setup where thes unit passes all tests.
I reinitialized.
What could this be?
Is the unit (97/07) still under warrenty?
Who to call about a repair?
This is a production machine, and I am about to jump.
any help would be appreciated, particularly phone numbers
of whoever in IBM I should call.
thanks again.
