TP600E: Easy-Setup question (icons greyed out)

Hi,

I'm wondering why the following icons are greyed out in Easy-Setup on my
TP600E: Config-Network, Config-Initialize, Password, Startup. Does anyone
know how I can enable them?

I have applied the latest BIOS and there are no passwords set up for this
machine.
