What in the world is *up* with these people?!
I've just spent the last HOUR AND A HALF on hold! From 2:50 pm (Pacific
time) to 4:20 pm.
Anyone else have this tough of time to get an answer and order something?
All I want is some trackpoint caps, for cryin' out loud...and when I get
'em, I'm going to order about 100 of them so I never have to call again...
Ugh...I think I'm going to hang up. Who needs this aggravation?
