I think the question me must address is, "Why don't they
use NT?" I find it humorous that the developer of NT
subscribed to the notion that coders must, "Eat their
own chow." Yet M$ itself doesn't use NT for large scale
web server functions. :) And I'm a Microsoft staunch
supporter (Hey, they pay my bills PLUS some...).
Personally, I like NT. I use it exclusively on my 770z
(Well, NT Server 4.0 SP6 to be exact) for all my work
and development and uptime is consistent (Then again
I power down my 770z a lot! <g>)
Ah well, if the day comes that Linux takes over the
market (or another OS), I'll switch to where the $$$
is and follow suit. I'm objective like that. It gomes
down to moola. :)
