Installing RAM on TP 240???

Just got a 128M chip for my Thinkpad 240. Can anyone tell me the procedure
for installing it? Does it go under the keyboard or do I remove all the
screws on
the back? I actually tried removing both but it didn't pop apart and I
don't want
to force anything.
