Seriously, someone mentioned a way to put a 2.5" drive onto the
parallel port. Apart from the big speed hit, is that practical?
I've got three HDs now (10, 6, 4) and I wouldn't mind putting the 4
(with my CDs ripped to mp3) online with the others, assuming the
parallel port could keep up with streaming the mp3s.

Alternatively, what about USB? Or SCSI? I have a SCSI external
CD-RW burner and the Adaptec 1450 card (the one with the tethered
cable, claims to support only three devices and not HDs -- but
perhaps an IDE HD would work with the right adapter?)
