         Author Chris Elliot tells a story that many on this list has often
already told: That IBM EZServe has gotten lousy.

         The topper is when an "IBM Spokesman" says he is "dubious" of the
guy's story. How friggin' ARROGANT of this bastard! Those of us on the
list KNOW its true because we've either experienced it ourselves or know
others who have!
