Not to play devil's advocate, as Lord knows IBM has enough mouthpieces out there
including the one cited above, but in _this_ instance, it really does sound like
a software problem.
I all too often find clients dragging "this POS" into my office and complaining
that it "won't work". NLT 75% of the time the failure is software related, not
hardware.
