If your 755 supports booting from the CD, then just instert the NT install CD
and boot to it. You won't need floppies.
If not... Boot to the current OS and copy the \I386 directory from the NT
install CD to the C: drive. Then run the WINNT.EXE program in the c:\I386
directory. I don't think you even need the boot floppies to install this way,
but I could be wrong. You may need to start WINNT.EXE with the /B command
line switch to tell it to skip floppies (it's been a long time since I've done
this).
