The HD _must_ be partitioned and have the C: drive formatted at 2GB in FAT16.
The remainder of the drive can be set as D: of 16GB in FAT32.
Once you have reloaded W98 from the recovery CD, you can run the FAT32
conversion utility for the C: partition.
