I have a TP 600 2645 41C that come with the 56K ACP Modem. I upgraded it to
V.90 and the OS to Win 98. However, every time when I input the PCMCIA
Ethernet Card into the slot, a Modem status come up, and I can't use the
modem again unless I restart the machine.
I checked the IRQ of modem and my network card is 3 and 9 respectively,
what's wrong?
