warp4 on TP 600E

I've been trying to install warp4 on my 600E. Currently i've got
WSeB installed, and win98 for testing.

I downloaded the updated warp4 installation disks for the ThinkPads
>from IBMs website (not much difference, they just have updated IDE
drivers). I started the first phase of the installation, but when it first boots
>from the harddrive, i get "Can not opperate your harddisk", just after
the ide driver is loaded (ibm1s506.add).

Any ideas?
