This is not just a blatant scam, but a hilarious one. Look at those user
names! All in the exact same style. Donald, I'm with Randal on this--I'd
save a copy of that happy little feedback circle for evidence and politely
tell the scammer you're backing out because of his feedback fraud. And let
Yahoo know about it--especially if he does hit you with negative feedback. I
would think they take this kind of deceptive feedback seriously.
