Hello!
I'm sure I didn't have this problem until the last few days.
Suddenly I can't _play_ audio CDs. Or to be precise, I get no
sound, and the time counter increases. This happens with
RealJukebox and the Win95 CD Player.
Sound on my PC (ThinkPad 600) still works, and I can get sound from
mp3s on the HD or on a CD-R in RealJukebox.
What's _really_ strange is that if I _record_ the CD using
RealJukebox, (and I have it configured to play at the same time), I
get the sound. Although RJB seems to lock up at some point in the
track, but I suppose that could be the CD.
--I thought it might be RJB, but CD Player also plays in silence.
--I thought it might be the Yamaha, but sound comes out when I
record an audio CD at the same time as playing it, and I can play
mp3s from a CD-R with no problem
--I thought it might be the computer, but sound works when playing
mp3s from the HD or from a CD-R in the Yamaha, and when
recording+playing an audio CD.
Help! Thanks!
