I know of two programs that will do this, but I'm not sure they'll work
with GPSs that don't output NMEA sentences (which, correct me if I'm
wrong, the Earthmate does NOT). Check the Tucows software archive for an
Internet clock setting program called "Tardis", and use your favorite
search engine to look for a GPS program called "SA Watch".
