Hi All,
Just got off of the phone with IBM Tech Support.
The Tech refused to admit that I got a defective battery when I bought
my unit. I have only had my 1420i for less than 2 months, and the
battery only holds a one hour charge. Plus, it looses all of its charge
within a week of no use. The man said, "This is normal with the type of
battery that came with your unit". (Ni-Mh)
So, I really don't know where to go from here. He said that I will need
to reformat and re-install Windows 98 before they will fix any of my
other problems, that are in my opinion, HardWare Related.
Anyone else had problems with Tech Support??

Ps- Looks like I will be going with a Dell Laptop, the next time.
