730T/730TE and EtherJet problems

Don't know if it was here or maybe on Global Monitor's web page where I read
that someone was able to install the etherjet drivers, but when he booted up,
his machine would hang before he could login to windoze.

The problem appears to be that the bios [dated '93 on my T's and TE's]
activates the etherjet card when it's booting. This lets it interrupt and
keep windows from starting properly.

Solution: boot win95, log in, slap in etherjet. Voila!
