Hmm. I'd have to disagree with this. If its something which is directly
useful
to ThinkPad owners, I think its a worthwhile thing to share.
There are many aspects of TP's that I'm never going to be interested in, like
OS/2. Yet people don't try and stop them because they're useful to others on
the list.
Myself, I had no need of the recent CD rw, but I had a user who could have
used that, and forwarded it on to him.
For me, as long as the subject has some relevance to TP's, I think its fair
game for the list. If we don't adopt this thought, then how does one determine
what is "reasonable" for the list?
