You receive the list in digest form like I do, is that right?
One thing you can do: Instead of opening the list digest in a separate
window, use Outlook's preview pane. If it's not turned on, use the
View/Preview Pane menu item to turn it on. When the list digest is in the
preview pane, there is a yellow paper clip in the top right corner of the
pane. Click on that and you'll get a menu with the full titles (or at least
more of the titles) of the individual messages.
Unfortunately, this doesn't give you an easy way to browse through a large
number of the messages in the list digest. You have to select them from the
menu one by one, clicking the paperclip--and losing track of where you were
in the menu!--each time.
If you're just interested in a topic or two, it works OK.
