Anyone got ghost2001 working on their Win2000 600x

Anyone got Ghost 2001 mirroring their Win 2000 HDDs okay?

I cant get mine to work. Partition Magic works if I copy each partition
one-by-one but not Ghost.

I've got twin 12GB drives running on my 600x. The idea is to mirror the
primary drive to the secondary (swappable bay drive) for backup.

Ghost mirrors the disks fine but booting into the backup disk I find I cant
log into Win2000. I get an endless "boot loop" login prompt -> enter
login -> starts clinking away -> login prompt, etc....

FWIW:

Partition 1: DOS Partition (Fat16 has Ghost on it)
Partition 2: Windows 2000 (NTFS logical)
Partition 3: Just some data (NTFS logical)
