As others have noted, you may be able to get drive-hacking software.
If you are uncomfortable using it, you should also be able to get
another DVD drive, and configure one for each region you'll be
using.
A third alternative is to use encryption-hacking software that plays
DVD's by breaking the encryption. I'm not sure if any exists for
Windows playback, though.
