Interesting. That says to me that the power supply isn't consistent
with its output voltage, and adjusting it stops the jitters for a while
but they come back after a bit. That is not what should be happening,
but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that many laptop makers use a
similar power supply or inverter which has this problem inheriently,
owing to poor design. *sigh*
