Go to the AOL website, www.aol.com, look up the support section. They
have several numbers listed. When you call them, they are very
thorough and very helpful... and will tell you exactly what to do and
how to do it... If they can do it at all. They do have a very firm,
much shorter cut-off for non-credit card payment and may not do it any
more as it is part of their security thing...
