You _must_ load the MPEG drivers for W2K:
http://www.pc.ibm.com/qtechinfo/DSHY-46FRPA.html first, then download and
install the upgrade for DVD Express:
http://www.pc.ibm.com/qtechinfo/MIGR-4GV37K.html CAUTION! This file is 16MB!
