700 uses the same memory as the 75x series..
(DRAM CC memory cards)
BUT its limited to, i think, either 4meg cards or 8meg cards..
700 series used two of these, sliding them in the left side IIRC..

you should be able to find these all over, cheap or even free..

i use one or two in h/p LJ6L printers i have..
they work fine in them..

the earlier cards made for the 700 did not work in the 75x series, though..
