drive letters will become scrambled..
the bootable partitions will be C & D.. then other partitions on boot drive,
then other partitions on second drive..
but some new OS's might have changed all that.. (i have a vague recollection
of something to that effect)

no..
most all drive copy apps make you boot from a floppy..
so, neither HDD is a boot drive..
