one of his assistants WILL reply..
been there, done that..
ibm is too good a company to let some of the crap that easyserve has pulled
in recent years slip past un-remarked upon..
they DO care.. hell, even easy serve cares.. its just that you get stuck in
quotas and bottom lines and that sort of junk..

its tough to give as personal a level of support as i can, when you are
bigger than many national governments..
