NT5 uses NTFS5. If you want to have a dual-boot configuration, you must
apply NT4's SP6a first which changes the file system to NTFS5. If you
upgrade from NT4 to NT5, the file system is automatically converted. Since
NT4 (with SP6a) can acces NTFS5 partitions, why would you mind?
