Could someone verify this memory chip

I have an IBM memory chip,

FRU 20L0242, 64MB 66mhz (8Mx64) 3.3V 144pin SDRAM

I have been told that this will funtion in a 365 series and a 380 series TP.
It does neither. Can someone on the list independently verify the machine
for which this is intended before I believe that it is just doa?
