i don't know where that part came from..
365X series uses EDO memory..
it is not speced to use more than a 32meg part, but the 64meg that runs in a
560 will also run in a 365X series, only..
380 series uses 76H0268 for the 64meg part..
770 series uses 20L0241 for 64meg and 01K1150 for the 128meg part...
these are all 66mhz parts..
then there are the 100mhz parts for the new machines and these will also
work in many of the older 66mhz buss machines..
256meg 33L3069
128meg 20L0255
64meg 20L0254
i'll be running an upgrade special on 32gig drives and 128meg or 64meg parts
as soon as i get the chance to modify my web site..
i'm not sure what that part you have is..
sometimes IBM will have a FRU and a P/N that are only one digit different..
this could be whats happening here..
if so, then its a 66mhz part for the 770 series.. also the 390 series, which
might be where the problem lies..
