I use one that is too small also. Often, at least as often as I use
while traveling. But I don't think it is baloney to keep in mind the
possibility of overheating. If you get the disk seeking, the screen
glowing, the cpu arithmaticing, and the battery charging, you might well
overheat the charger. Just cause it has not happened yet doesn't mean
it will not happen.
Use the smaller one, but keep an eye on it.
