Yes, I've seen this too, on a number of things. It's an artifact of
Windows not
letting you really know whats going on down below, and what files are actually
needed to do something. That, and the fact that the crazed install system
seems to forget to add things at times, such that adding something in the
networking area will cause the needed component to install.
I love Open Source concepts so much better.......
