I've never seen the 560Z, but my understanding is that one of its
differences compared to the other 560's was the HDD could be
user-upgraded.

Given that the 560X seem to accept any size drive (I have been able to put
a 18 GB Toshiba in it), my guess is that the 570Z shouldn't have
BIOS-related problems. You may have to upgrade to the latest BIOS, though.
