try this one..

new X20 out of the box and no OS on the HDD..
being in a hurry to get this machine to the customer, i send it off to easy
serve on tuesday, but i forgot to write the problem on a sheet of paper
inside the box..
the case number was on the box and that should have bene all that was
needed..
besides, it does not take a masters degree to figure out that there is no OS
on a HDD..
they have had the machine since wednesday..
a call to easy serve on wednesday produced a promise that it would ship out
thursday..
a call to easy serve on friday and i learned easy serve STILL had not imaged
the HDD and now they are giving me the old 3 to 5 days to fix the machine..
3 to 5 days to do the easiest thing possible..

to compare, the last easy serve before this X20 was a new T21 with the
1050x1400 display..
no lights right out of the box..
in to easy serve on wednesday, fixed on thursday, back on friday..
problem: loose display cable plug..

Cordially, :-)
