TV-out card with 600X

A friend of mine has a 600X and would like to get a TV-out card so she can
watch her DVDs on the telly. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good
card?

PS- She doesn't have the necessary port on her 600X, so it's a PCMCIA
solution she's looking for.
