You probably would need to disable the MWAVE sound card, because the two
devices may conflict.
BUT, why are you bothering with this? The 760ED takes an INTERNAL CD-ROM,
and already has sound and a joystick port!
I can sell you a NEW, SEALED 20X Internal CD-ROM drive for $55.00 plus
shipping. So why are you bothering???????
