  Subject: lcd question

  Hi everyone,

I already submitted this question, but it seems to have disappeared so I'll ask again...

Anyone know if the 15", 1600x1200 lcd on the a21p is a true 24 or 32 bit lcd? From what I can tell it only supports 16bit, but I may not be using the best source material. Also, does IBM use more than one vendor for the screen (or do they only use their own screens?) If so, how can I know which screen I have? How can I test if it is a true 24/32 bit screen?

  Thanks,

  Steve
